We will teach you to calm your body and mind before you play, getting you into the ZONE! We will increase your shooting percentage, and also help you develop your "clutch gene."
To, quite frankly, change the way athletes train. Mental training alone is not enough – one needs to work very, very hard on the physical aspects of the game as well. Hours in the gym and weight room are needed. But with that said, hours in the gym and weight room are not enough. You must be able to train with intensity and focus each session. To do this, you must be tuned in mentally. The physical and mental feed off each other. Without both, you will never reach your potential – we truly believe this.
